Welcome to Heartland Beef Connection LLC (“Heartland Beef Connection,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using our website (www.heartlandbeef.net) or submitting a match request, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Our Role

Heartland Beef Connection operates as a referral and coordination service connecting customers (“Buyers”) with independent ranchers and processors (“Ranchers”) who sell beef directly to consumers.
We do not own, sell, process, or handle any beef or meat products. All transactions for the purchase, processing, and delivery of beef are handled directly between the Buyer and Rancher.

2. Match Fee

Heartland Beef Connection charges a Match Fee for connecting Buyers with Ranchers that meet their requested preferences.
This fee is paid directly to Heartland Beef Connection and is non-refundable once the match introduction has been made.
All payments for beef, processing, or transportation are made directly between the Buyer and the Rancher or third-party service provider.

3. Transportation and Delivery

Heartland Beef Connection may assist in coordinating transportation or delivery through licensed third-party carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, or freight providers).
However, we do not provide transportation services ourselves and are not responsible for handling, storing, or shipping beef.
Any shipping arrangements are made between the Buyer, Rancher, and carrier, and Heartland Beef Connection assumes no liability for loss, delay, or damage once the product leaves the Rancher or processor.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing and understanding the terms of sale directly with the Rancher or processor.

  • Ensuring they have adequate freezer or storage space for their beef share.

  • Coordinating pickup or delivery directly with the Rancher or processor.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Heartland Beef Connection is not responsible for:

  • The quality, safety, labeling, or condition of beef products sold by Ranchers.

  • The actions, representations, or guarantees of any Rancher, processor, or delivery service.

  • Any disputes or losses that arise between Buyers, Ranchers, or third-party service providers.

Heartland Beef Connection’s role is limited to facilitating introductions and providing general information.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy and only collect personal information necessary to facilitate your beef match.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as needed to complete your requested match.

7. Changes to These Terms

Heartland Beef Connection reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website.
Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
By using this website or submitting a match request, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Kansas courts for any disputes arising under these Terms.
